My team Danny, Audrey and Ariana were a wonderful team to work with during the purchase of our home. They were in close communication, responsive to inquiries, and just overall lovely to work with!! They made everything look easy and we actually signed documents earlier than expected. Highly recommend this team!

If you or anyone in your family is looking to get a mortgage and need someone you can trust. I highly recommend calling people’s mortgage. When I called for advice 2 years ago I spoke with Dave (and a number of other companies) Dave was the only one who gave me a clear timeline and together we came up with a plan. He followed up every 3-6 months for 2 YEARS!! When the time finally came Dave was right there and made the process super smooth. Audrey swooped in and got all of the final paper work in order and kept me on schedule. The whole process was fantastic and everyone that I have spoken with at People Bank have been so respectful and great to work with.
Many thanks to Dara Ferrell and Audrey Dowden. They are a great team. After running into an issue with our title, they quickly communicated and worked with us to get a quick resolution. The detailed information when answering questions was outstanding, and I'd definitely recommend them for your refinance.

Dara and Audrey were so very amazing from the 1st phone call all the way trough. It's important for a smooth transition to have caring, consistency and communication when going through the Purchase process. They are the best and most amazing. I want to commend Danny, Ariana, and Melody for thier excellent customer service. They guided us throughout the entire process and helped us sell our starter and buy our forever home.
