You really don’t need to shop around if buying a house. Heather Leman and her team far exceeded my expectations. These people know exactly what they are doing and do it very well. They have been 100% on the ball from application to closing and everything in between including the outstanding outside professionals that Heather had recommended. I was honestly expecting some challenges and frustrations due to the havoc wreaked by the pandemic and again I can honestly say there wasn’t any!! They would get the same review by me during so called normal times again and again. Very impressed and pleased with all of them.
The only thing I can say is, Thank you. I highly recommend Heather and her team. They are professional, fast, and always ready to give suitable suggestions or help to find the best solution according to the customer's needs. I always was afraid of starting a loan application. With Heather, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free.
