Ozzie did a cash-out refi for us on one of our properties in Whittier. It wasn’t the easiest project. We had issues getting an appraiser to the property and Ozzie fought to get someone there. This also kept pushing out or close date but he kept our rate locked and connected us with an insurance agent that got a us a better rate than our current one. We would use him again for sure.

As someone who is pretty detail-oriented, I had tons of questions about the different mortgage documents, and Ozzie and Nick were always more than happy to explain everything to me so that I felt comfortable going into closing day.
