Jed at Best Life Mortgage was beyond awesome to work with and extremely helpful. I bought a house sight unseen from across the country (I was living in OR at the time, and bought a house in SC) and it was a nerve wracking experience, but with Jed it was super easy and took so much off my mind and chest. We went with a USDA loan and it was frustrating having to get all the correct paperwork for them, but Jed was always on it and let me know what we needed to move forward and we were able to close on the house in a month, even with the massive distance.
