Saved us over 7k in closing costs vs the other mortgage companies we got estimates from. Also super easy to lock in the rate for only a small fee of $149. Rates went from 5.5 to over 7% but they honored the lock no issues. Matt and Alex were great officers and always returned my calls promptly. They don't seem to work on the weekends, is the only issue I could possible have with them but I value my family time and wouldn't either lol. Some folk reviewed say the numbers were higher at the end. This was true for us as well but that was due to insurance being double what their estimate was. That's all on State Farm though, not CapCenter.
I have used Cap Center twice for closings this year, and I would definitely recommend them. They respond quickly to any and all queries. As an RE investor, they seem to understand the nuances of these types of loans and are easier to deal with than many. I also was able to save significantly on both deals. They will be my first call the next time I am in the market.
Amazing experience to work with CapCenter. Would not have anticipated a real estate transaction/closing going this easily. Professional team and headache-free closing. Extremely pleased with CapCenter. Heard about them on the radio, initiated the contact and was beyond happy with the rates, the process, and the entire experience.

Seamless process! At every step of the refinance, Steven gave very detailed and concise feedback. Steven was a great consultant to have, as well as his assistant. Everyone at CapCenter made the mortgage and closing process a breeze. They were fast, proficient, always accessible and extremely professional. Pretty disappointed if I'm being honest. I closed on a home with CapCenter recently and my monthly payment is higher than the amount I signed a Closing Disclosure for when I closed on the house. CapCenter is saying that it's the servicer's fault, and the servicer is saying that CapCenter set up the loan incorrectly. I've already been forced to pay my first month's payment at the higher monthly amount as they still haven't resolved this. I'd be hesitant to recommend CapCenter to any friends/family after this interaction.
