Lauren Sawyer Foster and her team at Guild Mortgage made all the difference when we bought our beach condo. They were clear about what paperwork we needed and have an easy submission process. They always provided timely responses. We credit her for our offer being accepted in a competitive market and avoiding a bidding war in a highly sought-after community. She answered our realtor's phone call while she was out of the country on vacation to get us the early pre-approval we needed -- so our offer was accepted over a holiday weekend before other buyers had an opportunity to view the property! Her team was professional and personal, giving us advice on how to get more out of our money at closing. I can't recommend her enough!
