To be honest it can be a tedious task for anyone trying today to buy a home. A level of patience is required and perseverance. Hopelessly searching around Google and found this company. Nervous at first with doubts of owning a home. Especially being a single parent made me feel like it was impossible. Nevertheless I was provided with one of the best teams, who frequently offers its clients with quality assurance throughout the home ownership process. Providing frequent check ins for understanding and ensuring absolutely accurate information about your application.This includes loan approval, home inspections and other necessary procedures. I would highly recommend anyone seeking professional assistance. Excellent service will be offered throughout the entire process.

Walt was exceptional throughout the entire lending experience. He led us through every step, making sure that we were aware of all pertinent details. My wife and I felt more like family, than clients. With Walt at the helm, our journey to homeownership was smoother than I could have ever imagined.

Walt is exceptional! He made the home buying process a breeze. As a first time home buyer, I was a little concerned about the daunting nature of home buying, but Walt and his team made that fade quickly. Walt was very responsive and willing to answer every single question we had. Even when it was late at night he would respond to emails or texts. He insisted we come in to his office to make sure we knew everything about the mortgage process. Which meant staying after normal working hours. He went above and beyond to make sure he could make this a positive experience. Even though we closed a month ago he has still answered any follow up questions we have had. We truly couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through the process.

6 months after closing and Walt and his team are still just a phone call away for any questions I have. He continues to be a big help in this new process for my wife and I.
