I contacted Mitchell after I was under contract on a home. Unfortunately shortly after going under contract my lender contacted me to tell me I was not approved even though I had pre approval. Mitchell calmed me down and after I explained it all to him he went to work. He called me and reassured me he and his team reviewed my stats and could in fact get me closed. He told me what I needed to do on my end and the end result was what I wanted: my house. Mitchell even attended closing with me! Thank you Mitchell and the team at Tabor!
