I was in search for a second home in the Charlotte area of NC (for a possible retirement venue). A friend who lives in the area put me in touch with Mike and boy was I blessed. I expected many challenges with an out of state purchase but Mike not only has a system in place to get you through the approval process, he's also extremely responsive(responded to all my texts and messages) which is crucial when working with someone you've never met.
