Neighborhood Lender and their team made everything easy and seemless. Vaki helped explain all the options for our loan and helped get us the best deal. Carolina kept everything lined up and made getting all the information they needed easier than expected. They didn't pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable in any of the process. Vaki and his team will be our lenders for life!

I've used Neighborhood Lender three times now. Adam Goulet and the team that worked me through all aspects have made the application process all the way through to the closing so effortless. It virtually took less than three weeks from start to finish. I will continue to use in the future for any mortgage needs and pass them along to family and friends. Thank you.
Love the people that did my refinance and their diligence and help. However, did not like the fact that it advertises no closing costs and when asked the processor stated I don't qualify. No further explanation Closing costs should have been waived.
