My husband and I l hit many dead ends with various other lenders before we met the Dynamic Duo from Loan Pronto (Alex Haddock and Peyton Plunkett). For weeks, I kept hearing the advertisement on the local radio station, and this ultimately became the sign for me to take a risk and see what the company had to offer. No matter the time of the day we called or emailed questions about the process or loan status, Alex answered. Not only did he answer our questions and concerns, he also provided advice and recommendations to make a lot of our decisions that much easier. Peyton ensured we had all required documents submitted in a timely manner, and everything she sent us was easy to understand. A lot of the previous lenders we dealt with by email and phone communications were sub-par. From the time we submitted our application to closing it took 13 business days. This was the best and most stress free experience we've ever had when it comes down to being a home owner. Talking to Alex and Peyton felt like talking with close friends. We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us when we needed someone the most. We are still in awed on the time it took to complete the process. Keep up the great work, and we are customers for life.

Loan pronto was fantastic! They made the process easy and explained everything. Blaire and Roger were so helpful and easy to reach when we had questions or needed something.

Excellent service. Closing was fast and there was never a need to even leave my home. Closed right at the house! Highly recommend!

Zach & Kara made the entire process so easy and painless. I never had to leave my office for anything, even sent the notary to my office to sign all paperwork. Closed and funded in 7 days. absolutely fantastic experience. Highly recommend Loan pronto and more specifically, Zach & Kara.
