Christian, we appreciate your candid feedback and I apologize that you are frustrated. A big part of our business is helping veterans and we take that very seriously. Unfortunately, your review is very inaccurate. Our letter specifically states that we refinance VA loans down to a 500 score, but it also states that the rate is based on a 720 score. In your scenario, we could technically refinance you, but we would not be able to drop your rate enough to benefit you with your current score - that is put in place to help veterans from lenders trying to refinance for the sake of refinancing. We did not pull your credit and we did not require any money from you upfront. We did not ask for an appraisal either. My LO also gave you guidance on what your score needs to be to get the rate needed to make this a benefit to you.
