Everyone at Loan Pronto was great to work with. They helped us walk through everything. The process was simple. I have heard horror stories from people getting an initial mortgage or refinancing with other companies about documents being lost. The final closing continuing to get pushed back and huge fees. Everything was smooth with Loan Pronto. Elle & Courtney were very helpful and patient. They always answered my questions.
