I was very happy that they were able to get us approved for an FHA and downpayment assistance. We never thought we would be able to afford a home. Thanks to Dan we were able to make our dream a reality. The only negative thing I could say is that communcation in the office may need to be worked on slightly. There were several instances where my husband and I had to send documents twice or repeat ourselves in emails because someone didn't get the information they needed.
