If you are in the market to buy a home, we cannot recommend Cole enough. As first time home-buyers, we were so appreciative of the time Cole and his team took to walk us through each step of the process. While we were under a very short closing deadline, we were able to easily close on time thanks to Cole and his team's hard work. We appreciated the frequent updates we received from Cole and his team during this process. Although we were initially worried that the time crunch completing all of the process would be an issue, Cole helped us meet all deadlines. And, despite the quick nature of our closing process, Cole still showed us care and took time to answer our questions and alleviate any of our concerns. While buying a home can be stressful, especially in this market, working with Cole certainly was not! We successfully closed and are now able to enjoy our new home.
