As a first time home buyer I did my due diligence in speaking with multiple lenders and Cole really set himself apart from the field. Cole's responsiveness was incredibly refreshing and his welcoming personality made our conversations much less stressful. He was knowledgeable about the whole process, but more importantly was able to articulate it such that even my 4 yr old niece could understand! Most importantly to me, is that I honestly felt like Cole was getting excited along with me as I got closer to closing. I will certainly be using Cole in the future and highly reccommend anyone else give him a shot as well!
