I have never worked with a more diligent and responsive mortgage team, hands down. From the very start Andy was quick to provide quotes, and happy to explain the process. Andy and his team updated me regularly if not daily on how everything was going, what point in the process we were and what next steps were. They were always quick to respond to any questions and put us at ease even when dealing with a VA loan process which can be tedious for all parties. At no point was I ever concerned about closing on the loan. CapCenter covering closing costs is icing on the cake to a smooth process.
