I was referred to Allen John by a friend who used Allen to service his mortgage. Allen was certainly attentive, thorough and quick in processing our loan. We could not have been more pleased with the whole process. Had it not been for the sellers inability to move quicker, we would have closed in two weeks. Their process had a real time check-off list of items I was required to supply which left no doubt where we stood at any given time. I would definitely use Allen again.
