Regardless of how busy Ken is he still finds the time to ensure that you're taken care of. Whether its through him personally or one of the members of his team. Any time I had questions they promptly answered them. They made the process feel much less stressful comparative to our first home. I will definitely use them again in the future. 10/10 would highly recommend. If you want someone that treats you right and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the process then Ken's team is it!
