From the very beginning to the end Aaron provided me with the highest quality of service. I reached out to him about a year prior to my purchase and he helped me put a plan in place. Aaron and team were very knowledgeable about the mortgage lending process from end to end. They were responsive to any questions I had and provided clear instructions on which documents I needed to submit and why. They also included some nice touches along the way to really take the customer service to a level I would not expect from a mortgage broker. I bought my house in VA, while living in a completely different state, which I thought would have convoluted the process. However, I quickly felt at ease working with Aaron, who made the process go seamlessly. And within about 2-3 months, we were able to move into our "forever home!" I could not be more pleased with my experience with Aaron and First Heritage Mortgage!
