This is my second mortgage with Caleb. The process has always been great with him and his team, with questions easily answered and communication clear. COVID is challenging, but loans with Caleb are not and the rates given have been competitive with other companies.

The CL Team provided excellent customer service. I would recommend Caleb to anyone purchasing a home. He makes the process easy and enjoyable.

Caleb LeGrand's team is excellent to work with, they are proactive and provide relevant direction and advice on financing. This was our second loan that we have closed with them and both went without any problems, closed very quickly, a very pleasant experience.
