1st Franklin took over my loan from a different company. I originally spoke to Audrey and she explained what I needed to do to get caught up. She said to come up here and talk with them. Today I made it up here and I met with Christina. First, what a sweet woman. She was very understanding in my situation and treated me with the utmost respect. she was kind and patient with me also. She was able to work some things out for me and I am leaving with a smile on my face.... I've needed some good news and situations to work out for me here lately. I'm glad to be able to get my situation back on the road of progress. I look forward to seeing these ladies monthly as I come in to make my paymens! I highly suggest you to come here for some of your financial needs and let them see what they can help you with.

I absolutely love the Easley location, they have some of the best staff. I had the pleasure of working with Christina for quite some time and She is always taking care of me she is very considerate and caring and she definitely values her customers.
