When you work with Brent and his folks, you have their full attention. This team is professional. This team is recognized by other professionals. You just get the best and they surround themselves with the best (realtors, real estate lawyers, etc.) They are just professional and you will benefit from that in your purchase/refinance. They have a sense of what the customer needs as they work through each purchasing process (and each purchase/refinance is different). In our situation we needed some perspective that only Brent could offered us. I would absolutely suggest you work with Union Home Mortgage.
Brent did an amazing job and I would recommend him to anyone! As a realtor, I work closely with Brent as my preferred lender. When it came time to purchase a home of my own, he was the man for the job. His communication, availability and generosity of time are a few things which make working with Brent a no brainer. It only took 11 days to receive clear to close and I was able to close on my house two weeks early! Spectacular job by one of the best in the business!
