Let me start by saying Nancy is the best. She was so professional she answered our questions honestly and clearly. She was always there for us and she made us aware of any changes. She was also personal. With all she had going on in her own life she would always answer our call even on Sunday's. She made the process bearable and how I miss our conversations.
