As first time homebuyers, we went into the process slightly nervous. Whit and his team walked us through each and every step. He took his time to break down each thing we did not understand. He made the process so simple. Can’t say enough good things about Whit! Highly recommend him for any of your home buying needs!

My wife and I worked with Whit and his team to purchase our new home in Savannah. He was great to work with, new the VA loan process in and out and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Whit was able to get us to close on a short closing and helped us facilitate a mail away closing due to us not being in the area yet because of a PCS move. He made the process easy and simple making sure everything was complete for us to sign with no issues even after a Holliday weekend. Whit was honest and upfront throughout every step of the process. He offered all sorts of assistance post closing with anything local that we may possibly need. Would definitely recommend Whit and his team and will definitely work with him again in the future!
