We worked with Michael in 2021 for the purchase of our house with a VA loan. I want to say that he was helpful the entire process. However, what is the most helpful is that he estimated high for our monthly payment and even with our taxes increasing to match the purchase price, our monthly payment hasn't increased much and we had two years of escrow overage checks. Man, Michael you are a smart cookie. So much better to overpay then underpay and then two years later have your payment readjusted and owe a ton more monthly. THANK YOU!
