Cathy and her staff at BSR Homes is amazing! Overall was nervous about leaving my first home behind and turning it into a rental. Let me start off by saying thanks to the team of Cathy Jordan, and Renata McCormick over at BSR Homes for everything you do. I’m a disabled veteran who has credit issues and was declined by other companies for a home loan, until I found this wonderful team. They both walked me through the process step by step easing my anxiety, and Encouraging me every step of they way.When it was time to discuss the finance part Cathy broke it down to every detail, allowing me to fully understand the process. Renata was an excellent at showing me every home that I wish to look at, even showing me details of homes to look out for that could hinder the process of using the VA home loan. When I finally found the home I wanted to purchase, Renata had the contract typed up the same day and sent to the sellers. Both Cathy and Renata walked me through the next process of getting an inspection, appraisal and everything else that was needed to be done. The level of detail that this team put into making a home buying process for vets is second to none, they are highly recommended to any veteran who wants a place to call home.

We just moved into our home (right in time for Veterans Day) and I cannot begin to say enough good things about Cathy Jordan!!!! My guy is a Navy vet and man, when other people ignored us, didn't get back to us, or flat out didn't help us one bit, Cathy was RIGHT THERE!!!! Our mortgage guy gave us the runaround (not Cathy's...had to use an outside vendor), but man...Cathy was as tenacious as a bulldog! She called, texted and emailed late (and early) and made us feel like the King and Queen of England!!! She told us many times "don't give up!" and now I'm unpacking in our beautiful new home! My husband and I rented houses for years after he retired from the Army. We didn't think our credit was good enough to get a house.
