Im a new customer from out of state: I simply called bank to let them know I did NOT receive a Loan Statement...SINCE Call Center wasn't able to answer simple question. He sent my call to actual bank location in Summerville. The staff there simply wouldn't mail my statement. She at Main St location told me she would have the Call Center call me back. She even commented this with an unprofessional ATTITUDE. REALLY???...She then told me "that is what the Call Center is supposed to do."
