Cathy and her staff at BSR Homes is amazing! Overall was nervous about leaving my first home behind and turning it into a rental. She never made me doubt a decision and also kept me posted on everything and provided many options given the situation. Cathy made being a landlord as seamless and possible as well as turning my rental property over to for sale property. She knew what she was doing and I never doubted her decisions. Overall i built a genuine relationship with Cathy and a bond where i knew my home was in good hands. I have referred many of my friends and family members over to Cathy. My next home, I’ll be calling up BSR homes :-)
