So I have never written a negative review in my life until today. Tim Loss is a great guy. Super helpful. Loved dealing with him. But then he hands you off. I have had CMG since Oct 2020. Since then they have screwed up paying my taxes. Which caused my mortgage to increase heavily. And they did not pay my insurance from escrow, causing my policy to almost lapse. I have now been dealing with them for over 2 months trying to get the money I paid out of pocket to keep my insurance policy open back from escrow. This company does not care about you once you are in their pocket. And I will be refinancing as soon as interest rates come back down.
