We had only four weeks to get a mortgage approved and the money in our account. Parker Lending was recommended as a company who could accomplish it. We quickly supplied the documentation that was requested and were thrilled when we were just as quickly approved. The process went very smoothly, and we closed on the loan in two weeks after we applied. What a joy it is knowing that there are great companies like Parker Lending. Chip Parker is the best and we highly recommend both him and the company.
Chip was very consistent and reliable throughout the whole transaction. He stayed on top of the deal from beginning to end (and after!) and we always felt like he was well in charge.
It was our first homebuying experience and Chip made it incredibly easy. I could not imagine going with anybody else at this point. Our closing was done on a tight timeline and he was able to handle any confusion we had along the way. We are greatly appreciative for all Chip has done for us. Highly recommended.
Chip did outstanding work as my mortgage broker. He and Bethany (the miracle worker) were able to guide me through the home buying process and overcame a several obstacles along the way. As an investor, I don't fit into a specific box. So, he helped, strategically, from start to finish with an indepth plan from application to rate lock. My wife and I were so impressed that I didn't hesitate to ask for their help on the next one.
