I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Mr. Taylor Cabaniss at Lowcountry Home Loans!! He made my dreams a reality when finding my 2nd home, which is my Forever Home!! I reached out to Taylor at the end of August for a loan approval and was approved for far more than I imagined! He was very nice, thorough, paid attention to detail, fast, kind, and Amazing!!! Taylor told me that he had given me the best deal and he was sure no one would be able to beat it because he was the Bear! Well I called around to a few lenders and Taylor was right no one came close to the loan approval and down payment. I was totally blown away! I told him he was actually the Goat because he was the Absolute Best. My only regret is I hadn’t heard of Taylor sooner but I am so happy with my home! It checks all the boxes and then some!!
