I meet Mark Allen Krueger through my Realtor. He's a very knowledgeable man, when it comes to finance and loans. I have a very special case, and thought i would end up renting for awhile before i can buy a home. Mark carefully listen to my story. Came up with a solution, completed my application with him via phone call. Once, i submitted all my required documentations, my loan took 16days to be approved and i purchased my home in 16days. It could been done 10days, if underwriter wasn't behind. But, under this market and circumstances. I do understand every company is under staff and any staffs who willing to show up to work, is doing their best. The demand is high and supply is low. Mark and his team (Brandon and Emily) were exceptional during my my process. I started submitting docs on the 7th, I didn’t get everything over to them until about the 26th of July and I’m closing the July 29th. He locked me in at an excellent rate and was always very easy to communicate with and get ahold of. After seeing his reviews on Zillow and finding out he’s been in the business for over 25 years, I understand why he’s good at what he does and I’ll refer him and his team to my friends and family. His team also out priced everyone with the initial insurance quote.
