Alex and Tere are FABULOUS! I had an unsettling feeling about my first lender I was using. I called Palmetto State Mortgage 2.5 hrs before I went to view my home. I explained the circumstances to Alex and she told me she would call me back before my showing appointment time. Just as she promised, she called me 30 mins before, with my approval. Throughout the whole process, Alex was just a call or text away if my realtor (Amy Thomas) or I needed anything! Tere, was so helpful and thorough making sure the process and closing went smoothly!! So thankful for these two ladies during my first home buying process!!
