Teresa and her team were excellent. We had some changes like any closing experience but she made it happen.
My experience with Stephen Funderburk and his team team at Atlantic Bay was exceptional. They kept me informed every step of the way and navigated through some unexpected hurdles. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

I was on the seller side of a transaction and was misled by their representative through my realtor about the status of the buyer's request. I was asked on two separate issues during the process to assist them. I went out of my way to provide what they needed within 24 hours only to have 6 weeks pass a receive a denial of the loan on the day of closing.! Completely unprofessional.

Had trouble with Lender with not getting appraisal done in time and they do not look over their documents before sending to the customer . Someone should not have to wait till last minute to have things done . I would not recommend
