Randy was incredible to work with. We were referred by friends that had previously worked with Randy when they were buying their first home. We were also buying our first home and he was very helpful during the process. Going beyond the standard services, Randy would explain to us the different parts of the loan process and helped the entire process run smoothly. We were also buying a home in 2022 when supply was low and cash offers were coming in right and left. We placed 5 offers over 6 months before we had our 6th offer accepted. So he had to work exponentially more than average and was always happy to help and encouraging during the waiting. Hopefully you’re still working when we move in 15 years.
