I called Randy after finding him on google for a second opinion and he was extremely knowledgeable and understood my situation exactly. He is the type that is very thorough and doesn't leave you guessing or wondering what to do. I like that he keeps an eye on rates and offers a float down. Many lenders sleep through this and you would never know you could have had a better rate, and worse if you have to chase your lender to keep tabs on rates which you shouldn't have to do. Randy was like that Uncle you could trust and turn to for advice. I look forward to refinancing and he will be the guy!
