I refinanced my house with Countybank Mortgage during the pandemic interest rates . They were amazing! At an insanely crazy time in the mortgage market, they remained calm, helpful, honest, and communicative. Due to the rate drop everyone was refinancing, so it took a little longer to get to closing but I was aware of the situation and how the time delay wasn’t going to affect my situation to refi and wait to get to closing. Because Countybank Mortgage was upfront about the situation and honest about how it would/wouldn’t affect my situation, I was able to refinance my house at a great rate and not stress about how long it took to get to closing because I knew due to their communication how it would end up no matter when I closed during that crazy time. I totally recommend them and can’t stress how you’re not just a dollar amount to them. You are an important person and they want to help make your housing dreams come true! 10 out of 10!!!!
