Worst customer service around. Seriously considering moving my accounts to another bank. My mother passed away last month (day before my wife’s car payment was due). Well needless to say it was forgotten about. Been dealing with all this issues and this morning they picked up her car. Went to make the payment to get it back. Asked questions- no certified letter sent, said they called but could not give us a phone number (land line and 2cell phones- none had a message from them). They said they put a hold on our checking account, but we used it with no problems. BB&T had all our accounts, but no more!
