I greatly appreciated how responsive my loan officer Joe Watkins was - he was very friendly, patient, and easy to reach. He really took the time to explain how their pricing works and answer any questions I had during the loan process. The loan processor, Austin Rojas, was also very responsive and courteous. They helped ensure we made our closing date and also offered competitive pricing/discounts! Their manager also extended our rate lock by a day without charge since it was going to end just one day before our scheduled closing date. I'd still make sure to review your final closing disclosure/settlement statement and deed from the title company as soon as possible before closing as there are many details that the lender and title company have to work through and it's good to verify ahead of time that everything looks correct.
