I had the misfortune of having my horrific mortgage lender transferring my account to this joke of a business. Absolute incompetence - I'm currently past my payment due date, yet haven't received a single notice regarding my account (or loan number necessary to even try to create one or verify for a call) or billing statement. I've sat through the insufferable phone menu options, ridiculous hold times, only to be hung up on. If you are considering this as your lender, run.
