We chose Rosegate mortgages and had our first home loan taken care of by Mike Pitkowicz. My wife and I are extremely happy with the level of service we received from Mike and his team. Mike was always available for a call when we had any questions or concerns along the way. (We had plenty!) They were fast to get our loan situated and ready for closing. Since moving into our first house they have called to check on us regarding our new home; as well as mention they will keep us in the loop when the markets are shifting and we could make choices to better our mortgage. Overall very happy with our decision.
