This was great experience, and if anyone is looking for a lender Larry Hoyt and Thais Marineli as my processor @ QClending were the best. We were clear to close in 13 days on my birthday! I felt so special and I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding job. My son (my realtor) had told me how great they were and I took his word and I'm very happy that I did so.

For my first time buying a home Devin Collins was awesome. She was working aimlessly to get it us into our dream home as fast as she possibly could and was available for any questions I may of had. I recommend Devin Collins to any new home owner as she made us feel important in the whole process. It was a lot with the paralegal and all that and I know between the paralegal and the realtor I spent more time trying get in contact with them then actually talking to them. But not Devin she really made it her mission to get us in that house and even pushed the realitor and paralegal to get everything done that needed to be done.
