My wife came across On Point Home Loans while I was deployed, and upon arrival, I decided to give them a chance. I talked to them, and they convinced me to provide them with an opportunity. Then they disappeared for a couple of weeks. I tried calling, leaving voicemails, texts, and emails, but nothing seemed to work. Finally, after some time, I managed to contact Levi, who apologized and claimed their workload interrupted communications with me as a customer. I had to chase them in sort of speak. Not too many issues after that and we managed to close the house. To recap, communication destroyed the experience. Levi is the SME, if you need detailed explanations go straight to him as his assistants lacked some knowledge (my personal experience and opinion). 2 out of 5 stars. *Updated Nov 2021* He did it again. Called talking about better rates and paying part of the process to refinance because he wanted a better review from my part. Disappearing yet again. Look elsewhere. There are plenty in today’s market.

I was in the market for a quick refinance on my house, and Eli Langford and his team of professionals helped me achieve this in the fastest I've ever heard of. Eli and Melissa were able to close my loan refinance in a matter of literally 14 days after starting my official application! That was tremendous for me and my family. My spouse had a surgery coming up and we needed a payout included in my refinance and they were able to close it with absolutely no hiccups in 14 days...that was 14 - 31 days sooner than any other competing company had offered me. All I had to do was be quick and diligent with the information they needed from me and they executed the rest for me. It was all very hassle free, and a lot less stressful than the first time I bought my house. This company and their professionals are easy on the customer and their needs. They had no problem answering any of my million questions I had for them, nor minded to repeat themselves, or explain in a different way, when I asked the same questions multiple times throughout the process. Both Eli and Melissa were willing to work late (past 5pm) each day; if I needed them for anything specific or even just more questions I may have had. I really felt they were in MY corner the whole time, and they made this whole experience a true Breeze for me and my family. I cannot recommend this company or their highly trained professionals enough! Do yourself a favor and give them a try for any of your home loan needs.
