It was my First Home purchase and I was not aware of a lot of things through the process but Rebecca and Stephanie has been great through out the whole process on explaining me with all the questions i had and made this process as smooth as possible. Thanks to both of them for the support.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about NVR Mortgage Finance and specifically, Zach Burk! Zach was AMAZING!! He did exactly what he said he would do, and my closing turned out just like he said it would! Zach and Brady were just a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I had the pleasure of having an awesome team to help me get into my new home. Trent ,the loan officer, was very knowledgeable about the interest rate environment and guided me through the process of what to expect and what needed to be done for me to get the best deal. Then came my mortgage processor Mike, who has PATIENCE!!! He never asked for duplicate information and made sure to explain why certain things where required. In the end I would do it all over only if I had the same team assisting me!

My escrow was short 2400 now I am left with a 200 dollar more a month payment for a year to catch up. The escrow had -10 cents in it when I closed. . New homes are based on land value and will obviously be more then 10 cents needed to be In escrow. Nvr just wants closing cost to look low but you will pay later

My experience with the NVR team was wonderful. Trent and Tyler were such a pleasure to work with- they were friendly and professional and answered all of my questions right away! I never felt like I couldn’t reach out to them to double check on something and they always made sure I understood everything before ending a meeting. I really appreciated their hard work and would recommend them to anyone I know!

Jasion and Farrah was great they were very responsive and informative I felt very comfortable with this being my first time purchasing a home. They gave excellent customer service and I HIGHLY recommend that you work with them! They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service !
