The team at Loan Pronto that i worked with was Zack Neuimeister and Kara Hines. They were excellent in their knowledge of home buying and guided me thru what i needed to do to get my home. Zack was super cool the entire time and that helped in calming me down while Kara knew exactly when to get involved to send me reminders on what i need and timeframes. The day of my closing, the team met me along with my realtor, Ken Coronet, at the Attorney's office and sat thru the signing with me. The support from this team has been above and beyond and I cannot wait for them to work with my daughter when she is ready to purchase her home
