Most of the experience was highly positive. The loan personnel were knowledgeable, friendly, and often helpful. I felt like they were my advocates in the process. There is a bit of a lag in communication in my opinion. There are so many documents to submit and sometimes it was a couple of days before I knew I had submitted the incorrect one. It was difficult to talk to a loan person when I needed feedback. My processor rarely responded to texts, emails, or calls. I just had to wait (again sometimes a couple days) for my reprimand that may have been the result of no response to a query. The days leading up to closing were even less responsive. I felt like someone must surely be using ( unsuccessful) telepathy because there was nothing…. Then the last 24 hours felt frantic. Maybe that’s just the nature of the beast.
