Horrible experience with this mortgage company. Unprofessional, horrible communication with me and between other company employees, and I would never use them again for a mortgage. In fact I had a friend who purchased in NC shorty after my nightmare with Freedom and I told him DO NOT use this company.

We pride ourselves on really taking care of our clients so this is concerning to me and I would like to correct our error so this doesn't happen again.
Kirk helped us through the full mortgage process, giving us advice and was there at closing table making sure we had his support. Highly recommend him!

Absolutely amazing! We were sure we would missing our closing due to paperwork. Freedom figured out the issue asap and we closed on time! Great asset in the mortgage world.
