Chad was our official loan officer who we first spoke to. He assured us that the loan process would go smoothly, he was very easygoing, and he made us feel comfortable with our decision. Genesis was responsive to all of our emails and worked closely with our realtor and the seller of our home to make sure everything was in place and on time. There were lots of questions we had as first time buyers, but we were able to make a quick phone call or send a text and he would would have us an answer immediately. Response time is very important in the home buying process, but in our experience, we were never under pressure at all. Carolina Mortgage Firm is the only lender that will work day and night to get you the best loan in the market and get you approved in DAYS! My family and I were lucky enough to get in contact with one of their loan officers, Genesis Assulin, and it was nothing but blessings. After working with a different lender for almost 6 months and 2 days before closing, all these issues appeared and we thought all hope was lost. Genesis took over and in less than 10 days, she managed to get us approved into my family’s first home. Plus our closings costs went from a little over $2,000 to a check with our name on it so we can buy dinner and celebrate! Thank you again Genesis for all the hard work you put into our first home. After this experience we just went through together, I would not consider working with anyone else for a mortgage.
