I rarely give 5 stars, but I HAVE to give CapCenter 5-stars. This was far and away the easiest, most pleasant refinance I've ever done. I got a great interest rate, and when they say "no closing costs", they mean "NO closing costs". Full disclosure: there's something called prepaids (which are the taxes and homeowner's insurance that you have to pay at closing), but those are on every mortgage. CapCenter's people are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. The guy who handled my loan, Andy, bent over backwards, forwards and every other way to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and that I understood everything. And when I asked to make a change a day or two before we closed, he found a way to make it happen. I'm about to refinance again, and Andy was the first person I called; and just like last time, he's been incredibly helpful. If it was up to me, I'd never use another lender besides CapCenter.

Easy to work with and excellent follow up

I was very skeptical at first but turned out to be the best choice for my refi. No problems and everyone was very nice! Would use again without question! Btw I waited to my 1st payment to leave a review to be honest about 0 problems.
